Letrozole (Femara)

Mono-Femara, manufactured by Beligas, is widely recognized under the brand name Femara. Despite the branding difference, both Mono-Femara and Femara are identical in formulation, with the primary distinction being price. Mono-Femara stands out with its significantly lower cost, making it the recommended choice for those requiring this medication.

The active ingredient, Letrozole, is one of the top two aromatase inhibitors (AIs), alongside Arimidex (Anastrozole) and Aromasin (Exemestane). Proven effective in reducing estrogen levels, Letrozole often outperforms its counterparts.

Originally patented in 1986, Letrozole is primarily used in treating hormonally receptive breast cancer. It’s also frequently utilized by bodybuilders administering anabolic steroids that may aromatize, to effectively manage estrogen levels.
