Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor (PEG-MGF)

is an advanced IGF gene peptide designed to enhance recovery following intense physical activity. PEG-MGF promotes superior muscle tissue repair compared to traditional IGF-1, a peptide associated with growth in children and anabolic processes in adults.

Both PEG-MGF and IGF-1 are classified as polypeptide hormones, distinct from myoblasts—the precursors to muscle fibers. PEG-MGF stimulates both myoblast division and muscle fiber maturation, essential processes for fostering muscle growth in adults.

Effectiveness

Initially, users encountered challenges with the short-lived effects of MGF. PEG-MGF, being water-soluble, persists in the body for a limited duration. To enhance its efficacy, researchers developed pegylated MGF by attaching it to a polyethylene glycol molecule, improving its stability and blood circulation.

Solubility & Storage

For optimal results, it is advisable to dilute Lyophilised PEG-MGF in sterilized water, with further dilution possible in other aqueous solutions. While stable at room temperature for 3-4 weeks, it should be stored below -18°C in a desiccated state. Once reconstituted, PEG-MGF must be kept at 4°C and shielded from direct light for 10-14 days. For long-term storage, maintain temperatures below -18°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Results & Benefits

Due to the transient nature of MGF injections, combining it with Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) enhances MGF molecule protection, prolonging its effectiveness. PEG-MGF stimulates continuous satellite cell production in muscle fibers, initiating muscle hypertrophy—the process in which skeletal muscle enlarges through increased cell size. Satellite cells also facilitate muscle regeneration by creating a reserve of cells poised for action during muscle injuries.

Moreover, PEG-MGF promotes nitrogen retention, crucial for measuring the protein available in the body. Protein serves as a vital nutrient, providing the building blocks necessary for muscle tissue repair and growth.

As you exercise, your muscles endure minor micro-tears, increasing blood flow to the affected region. This activates protein repair mechanisms that ultimately result in stronger, larger muscles.

Side Effects

Given the limited research on Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor, confirmed side effects remain minimal.

Recommended usage frequency: twice weekly.
